Presence never shouts. It simply waits.

The other night I had a vivid dream that mirrored something I’ve touched in waking life, but in an even more vivid way…

In the dream, I was speaking, explaining, justifying, and telling my story. But as I spoke, the Presence in the room grew stronger and stronger. The energy intensified until my words slowed, stumbled, and finally stopped. It was as if the Presence itself was saying: “No story matters more than Me.”

This is what the ego does. Even when Presence is undeniable, the ego resists by circling:

➛ Projecting outward (“You have what I need, I’ll orbit you”).

➛ Grasping inward (“If I can prove myself, maybe I’ll finally feel whole”).

➛ Clinging to guilt or identity stories (“Here’s why I don’t deserve peace”).

Presence never shouts... It doesn’t force…It simply waits, quietly reminding us: “I am here, beneath it all.”

The teaching for me, and perhaps for you, is that the stories will always try to keep spinning. But the deeper invitation is to pause, feel what’s underneath, and let the Presence carry you.
