The Deep Dive is a two-hour one-on-one session in which you complete a Stress & Wellbeing Assessment, then explore your story, current challenges, and what you most want to shift in your life.​

    • A focused intake and exploration session that gives space for your history, patterns, and goals, so there is a clear picture of what is happening in your nervous system and in your day-to-day life.​

    • Together, you identify the core themes underneath your stress, overwhelm, or stuckness, and clarify what meaningful change would look like for you going forward.

    • You want more than a quick consult and prefer a grounded, holistic understanding of what is really driving your stress and symptoms before jumping into tools or protocols.​

    • You are seeking a safe, attuned space to be fully heard, have your experience reflected back, and walk away with a clear sense of whether ongoing work together feels like the right fit.​

The Safe and Sound Protocol is a self‑paced listening program that uses specially filtered music to gently support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. It is offered primarily as an enhancement to your healing or coaching work with me, deepening the sense of safety, calm, and integration that we build together in session. It can also be purchased on its own for those who want focused nervous system support outside of a package.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

  • When added to a transformation or healing package, SSP is woven into your overall process to complement the work we're doing together. We'll decide on timing and pacing based on your nervous system and your goals.

    What's included:

    • Initial intake session (1 hour)

    • Access to SSP Core (titrated at a pace that feels safe and manageable)

    • Email support during the listening process

    • One 20‑minute follow‑up integration session

    Because SSP requires an ongoing practitioner subscription on my end, pricing for adding SSP to a package is determined individually so that we can account for your specific timing and needs.

  • SSP as a Standalone Offering

    SSP is also available on its own if you're primarily seeking nervous system support rather than a full healing package. This standalone option is priced separately from the bundled packages to reflect the individual nature of the service.

  • Includes everything in the SSP Add-On, plus:

    • Two 1.5-hour one-on-one sessions (somatic reparenting, hypnotherapy, or HeartMath)

    This option is ideal if you want SSP paired with dedicated session time to process what arises, integrate insights, and receive more in-depth regulation and healing support.
