Honoring the Unresolved: Embracing Wholeness
Lately I’ve been reflecting on how much pressure we put on ourselves to have everything tied up in a neat little bow…whether in our healing journey, our daily lives, or even in conversations with others.
But the truth is, life doesn’t always resolve so quickly. Sometimes emotions surface and they need to be honored before they’re ready to be transformed. Sometimes a pattern makes itself known but isn’t ready to loosen right away.
And that’s okay.
Wholeness isn’t about being perfectly “done.” It’s about allowing ourselves to be present with what is, without judgment, and without rushing to fix. This kind of presence can actually be the very thing that softens the edges and opens the way to transformation.
So, if you’re in a season where things feel unfinished, remember: you’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re human. And every step of your process, even the messy middle, belongs to your path.
